Bright double bedroom in Brighton

Hey there! I am looking for someone to take over my gorgeous double bedroom in Elm Grove area, the room is available from the 1st April 2021 until beginning of September 2021. WiFi and bills included in the price.

The bedroom is on the top floor of this three story house, the room offers plenty of light and has a small bathroom next door with shower. Bedroom is complete with double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and big bay windows with blinds. There is plenty of storage space under the bed and the wardrobe has lots of room as well. There is also storage space under the stairs.

The house is located in Elm Grove area, within walking distance to the big Sainsbury’s on Lewes road, coop and central Brighton. The house has two bathrooms, basement kitchen and living room and small garden area. There are two fridges, two ovens, with plenty of pots, pans and cutlery. There is a large widescreen TV downstairs with Netflix and Amazon prime.

There are usually 4 other girls living in the house, all students in either final year or masters. We are a fairly quiet house, but do enjoy a get together and drinks now and again! Also enjoy a movie night and takeaway together. Preferably looking for another female to move in.
