Room in cosy shared house

1 Double room available from 1 st November the room is unfurnished. I work full-time with varying hours and I’d like a friendly, fun, chatty, down to earth housemate-preferably an animal lover as I have a cat. The house is really cute with a large bathroom and a through living room/ kitchen in the basement. There is a washing machine and tumble drier.

I am not shy of having drinks at the weekends but like to keep it sensible during the week. There is a patio garden with seating for summer evenings. Get in touch if this sounds like your kind of set-up.
