The Sunset Room in friendly house for a dog lover

Hi there,
We're looking for a friendly, female, young professional house mate to join us in our bright, sunny, Brighton home.
It's a three bedroom house, I’m Tim, I'm a winemaker and the homeowner, Francesca is a Masters Graduate originally from Italy and Ginny is my three year old Wirehaired Vizsla.. .

We're in the heart of Hanover with it's colourful houses, pubs, cafes and community spirit. We're half way up the hill and only a ten minute walk to the station and fifteen minutes into town.

The house has been recently decorated so everything is fresh and new. You'll need to be a dog lover as you'll be sharing the house with a bouncing doggo, Ginny the Wirehaired Vizsla.

We're a very clean and tidy house, so you'll need to be the kind of person who likes things that way. As we are all working professionals it's not a party house, but we're always happy to share a glass of wine and have a chat in the evenings or at weekends.

If you enjoy cooking you'll like the Smeg range oven and full set of cook's pots, pans and knives. The lounge has a wood burning stove which is very cosy in winter. The TV has Netflix and Roku and there's a record player in the lounge if you want to spin some vinyl.

The bathroom is at the back of the house on the ground floor. and has a large shower with great pressure. The is also a laundry area in the rear corridor with a washer / dryer.

The back garden has a Dancook BBQ, firepit, and a mural by local artist Nick Burdett..

The "Sunset Room" is west facing so gets the evening sun and has spectacular views over the chimney pots of Hanover towards the seafront - you can even see the i360. There is an eight drawer IKEA Hemnes chest of drawers and two large fitted wardrobes. The king bed is IKEA Hemnes and the mattress is brand new. The carpet in your room and throughout the house was newly laid in December 2020 and is very soft and fluffy underfoot. The dimensions of the room are 3.8m x 2.9m.

We're looking for someone who wants to live in Hanover and will treat our house as their home.
