We're looking for a friendly, female, young professional to join our bright and sunny home in Hanover, Brighton.
I’m Tim, the homeowner and a winemaker. Yui, my housemate, is a Japanese language student, and completing our household is Ginny, my four-year-old Wirehaired Vizsla.

About the house & location
: Our three-bedroom home is in the heart of Hanover, a vibrant area known for its colorful houses, pubs, cafés, and strong community spirit.
We’re halfway up the hill, just a 10-minute walk to the station and 15 minutes into town.
Recently redecorated, the house is fresh and modern. The kitchen is well-equipped with a Smeg range oven and quality cookware, perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking. The living room has a cozy wood-burning stove, a TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Roku, plus a record player if you like spinning vinyl. The bathroom is on the ground floor, featuring a powerful shower, and there’s a separate laundry area with a new washing machine and tumble dryer.
The back garden is a great space to unwind, with a Dancook BBQ, firepit, and a mural by local artist Nick Burdett. At night, fairy lights add a magical touch while you sit among jasmine, honeysuckle, and clematis.
About the room ("Sunset Room")

Who we’re looking for:
We’re a clean and tidy household, so we’re looking for someone who appreciates a well-kept home. While this isn’t a party house, we enjoy sharing a glass of wine and good conversation in the evenings or on weekends. You'll also need to be a dog lover—Ginny is full of energy and affection!

- No couples, no additional pets
