Description
We're a group of 5 graduate girls looking for a 6th person to join our flat in central Brighton on the 12th August as our beloved house husband is moving out. The house itself is a 1 minute walk to the beach and a stone's throw away from all the central pubs and restaurants.
We enjoy hanging out as a house and are looking for someone who's wanting to do the same and not just a spare room! We love a TV binge day, a fat pub night, driving adventures round Sussex and cooking house meals together every couple of weeks.
Bills (water, heating, electricity) are not included in the rent but are £58/month for unlimited use. Broadband and TV license are included in the rent. Council tax is subject to change but would be evenly divided amongst all 6 tenants.
