Reasonable-sized room with personality that has had some very happy occupants available in shared house on a quiet residential street just off Lewes Road. Our home has spacious kitchen with tons of storage space, nice living room, private paved yard, damn fine shower, washing machine, 2 fridge-freezers, microwave, very good gas central heating and BT Infinity broadband. Will be sharing with three friendly and considerate 28+ guys who prefer to sleep than party all night [definitely not a party house] and house has a laid back, comfortable atmosphere that’s always nice to come home to.

10-minute bus ride/20-minute walk to town centre, 5 to London Road shops. Less than 10-minute walk to big Aldi, 2 minutes walk to big Sainsbury’s, post office, dentist, and GP, 1 minute to Co-Op, bus stops, takeaways, cafes, 24-hour shop, pubs etc. The house is managed by reputable letting agents, and they require guarantor alongside deposit when moving in [but there are no fees], and their office is conveniently just around the corner. They have always treated us really well [some of us have been here a long time] and are usually good about getting things needing sorting sorted. On street parking is by permit only, and there is always space available outside.

Non-smoking, 25+, landlord doesn’t allow pets - no matter how lovely your cat might be - and no couples or students please.
