1 x nice sunny double room available in bright/airy but cosy 3 bed house-share in central Hanover, Brighton (Bottom of Elm Grove so no hills to walk up!)
We're a clean/tidy house very close to shops/the Level park/amenities/bus stops. We're relatively relaxed & looking for someone also.
Bills are generally low as the house isn't huge & has double glazing - but can vary slightly in the Winter & dependent on use/current energy crisis.
Current tenants is 1 male & 1 female in early/30s/40s young at heart!) both in full time work but also very interested in music/health fitness/wellbeing/studying & generally learning/self development/cooking nice food.
We like home to be a home & like to chill/study/compose music/socialise a bit in the evenings but like our own space.
We have a little roof top for growing plants & we like gardening.
A small but perfectly formed bathroom houses a good shower (new boiler) fast internet.
Would suit someone without TOO much stuff as the kitchen/house is already well equipped!

£500 deposit plus 1 month's rent & 1st month's bills to move-in.

Looking for the right person but as it's a rolling contract, length of stay is flexible (ideally looking for someone min 2-3 months but is a flexible rolling monthly contract with 1 month notice).
