Lovely double room at Seven Dials

I have a lovely, light and airy small double room available from the 18th August, when my current flatmate moves out. The flat is 5 minutes away from Brighton Station and 10 minutes away from the beach!

I work for a campaigning organisation, mostly from home (in my room!) but I’m in London once a week. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy and respect the space, but not obsessively so! So looking for someone with a similar outlook. I like my own space but would also love someone who wants to hang out and have dinner on the balcony, go to the pub together etc. I’m preferably looking for a woman.

The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the flat is furnished. There is space in the living room for a desk if you work from home. (The pic of the bedroom still has belongings in but will be empty and clean!)

I absolutely love this flat and I hope to find someone who will too!

Cost is £850 pcm. This includes rent and all bills, except water - this is paid 6 monthly and is usually about £90 each (£180 each for the year).
