Double room in 2 bed flat (all bills inc, garden)

Looking for a professional or mature student to occupy the second room of my two bed flat.

The room is a good sized double, part furnished - can be unfurnished if preferred. The room has since been decorated/rearranged since the current photo was taken, updated photos will be added soon.
All bills are included in the rent.

The flat is located near Queens park, around 10 minutes walk from the city centre and 15/20 minutes walk from the central station. There is street parking which requires a parking permit (Zone C). There is currently no waiting list for this zone and always plenty of space to park.

Shared facilities include the use of the open plan living space, bathroom (with freestanding bath and seperate shower), dishwasher, clothes washer, clothes dryer, and enclosed garden.
I’m Brighton based and work out of the house, although my hours do vary week to week. During the week, I enjoy relaxed evenings but also love being social - often through activities like sports, exercise, or dinner with friends.

I am looking for someone who appreciates a chilled living space. It would be nice to occasionally hang out in our free time but also respect each other’s space. I like to keep my space clean and tidy, and would expect you to be the same. No party goer's please!
