Available is a large double room to rent for a lodger unfurnished, furnished or part-furnished. It currently has a built in wardrobe, little set of draws, bed frame and bedside table. If you would like fully furnished we can work out what the room needs. There is a shared living room, bathroom, kitchen and garden patio.
The house is approx 100m's from the seafront near the i360, a 5 minute walk to the town centre and <15mins walk to Brighton train station. There is also a bus stop close by that has services to most of brighton and the surrounding areas. If this sounds good for you please drop me a mesaage :)
