Clean, bright attic room in cosy, quiet house

This is an attic room, light and spacious, with views over the city; you can even see green fields! The bed is king size and super comfortable and there is a small en-suite bathroom with electric shower. It is a really quiet room right at the top of the house so offers privacy and calm. Double wardrobe and chest of drawers so plenty of storage space.

Our house is Victorian, situated on a quiet residential street in Prestonville. Walk 2 minutes and there is a nice pub, community hall, deli and small cafe which help make the area really friendly.

The lively Seven Dials is close by, with plenty of small shops, restaurants and cafes, and the town centre and beach a 20 minute walk. We are 15-20 minutes’ walk from both London Road and Brighton Stations, so easy to get to both universities and of course to London!

This would suit someone who wants a calm space in which to live, and also be centrally located in Brighton.. You would also have access to the kitchen and garden (which can be a real sun trap when it’s warm!) to share with me and our 2 cats (Aphrodite and Lola). You would need to love cats and give them plenty of attention too as they are very friendly (but you don’t need to give them access to your bedroom unless you want!).!

We are in Council Tax C band.
