Double room in maisonette with great Brighton view

A stylish maisonette over a couple of floors close to central Brighton in the Roundhill conservation area.

One of my tenants is moving out so need to find someone new. Looking for a friendly, reliable person to rent the double room. My current lodger is chilled and easy-going so want that to be respected.

All bills included!

There is a large kitchen on the ground floor, then all accommodation on the 1st floor (including the 2 bedrooms, living room and new bathroom). There is access to the converted loft for storage etc.

Room is available from 1st Feb.

Friendly and respectful, not noisy, very tidy and clean person who would like to share the flat with a similar like-minded person.
Would be happy to share the flat with a working professional, who can appreciate the need for peace/ unwinding after work: happy to have some meals together, chats etc.
