Spacious double room in friendly houseshare!

Hello! We have a lovely sunny double top floor room going in our wonderful home. Available around 22nd November (can be flexible with the move in date). The house has 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with a shower and bath, 1 with a shower and separate toilet), a large kitchen (with a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer!) a large separate front/dining room and a garden. Brighton station is less than a 5 minute walk away and the dials is less than a 10 minute walk. The rent is £500 p/m and all of the bills come to a total of £118 p/m. A lovely home but I am moving to London. The housemates left are all friendly professionals aged 25-29, 2 gays and 1 gal. Their interests include: drag race, plants, cooking, swimming, and the odd night out. Not necessarily a party household but not opposed to fun either!
