The flat is situated between Brighton Station and Dyke Road, It’s a reasonable double size room, very light with a small front patio area with table and chairs. There is small a communal Lounge, it has a good size Kitchen with all appliances including washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave. The bathroom has a step in electric shower, nearly every bill is included in the monthly rent, along with the Fibre optic internet, but you will have to share the electric prepayment cost with the other two room sharers who are there.
