Hi!
Our lovely flatmate Theo is relocating up north with his partner so we are now looking for someone to join our little crew from the 4th April. You will be taking over his contract which runs until 20/9/2024. After that, it is very likely that we will continue the contract on a rolling basis for another year.

THE HOUSE…

…is spacious and consists of four bedrooms on three different floors, communal lounge where we meet for food, drinks and chill from time to time, and a nice private garden with cats passing by. There is only one bathroom in the house but so far, we have always managed without a problem. The house went through renovation in late 2019 and some more fixes were completed earlier in 2021 so everything is well taken care of.

THE ROOM…

Situated on the first floor, it’s a nice, quiet and cozy room.
Warm during winter, dry and well taken care of. The window is facing the gardens.

The room comes unfurnished except the bedframe which can stay. It served as a good storage space that helped the previous tenants a lot. If you would like to keep the frame, I'm happy to send you the dimensions so you can find your mattress in the right size.

The rent is currently £435.

Bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi) split between 4 flatmates will come to around £140.25 per month per person.

Summed together, that’s around £575.25 per month.

Deposit is £ 515
( not £500 - Spareroom sadly has a cap in place that didn't let me put the correct amount )

ABOUT US

Currently two girls and two guys in their late 20's / early 30's, all working professionals.

We are all rather busy with our lives but try to catch up regularly over a drink, chatting about our lives and the larger world, or attending some events. Our interests include beach volleyball, gigs, dancing, art, travelling etc.

Ideally, we're looking for someone outgoing, relaxed and friendly and who's not hiding in his room all the time. A person who would like to spend time together so that we could bond and call each other friends 😊

A FEW RULES…

Unfortunately, no pets, smokers or DSS (sorry about that – agency rules)

Otherwise, it’s just basic stuff. We expect you to clean after yourself, do your dishes and contribute to some cleaning chores around the house.
