Our flatmate is leaving to start a new job so we are looking for a good person to join the current crew from 14th June. The contract will be a new one for 7 months as we are fresh roomies! but it will continue on a rolling basis after that.

THE HOUSE:
Has four bedrooms on three different floors, communal lounge and a nice private garden with cats passing by. There is only one bathroom in the house but so far, we have always managed without a problem. The house went through renovation in late 2019 with more fixes added when required so everything is well taken care of.

THE ROOM:
Situated on the first floor, it's quite spacious and quiet, facing the garden
The room is let with a bedframe with lots of storage space underneath and a mattress that we might be able to remove if you're coming with your own furniture
The rent is currently £ 465
Bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi) split between 4 flatmates will come to around £ 164 per month.
Summed together, that’s around £ 629 per month
Deposit is £ 515.
The ideal move-in date is 14th June but we may be able to delay it by a few days if needed

Currently two girls and one guy in their 30's, all working professionals.
We are a nice mix of social and busy with our lives and involved in our own little projects and hobbies. Two of us are new to the house which is a nice new vibe! Our interests include beach volleyball, dancing, art, yoga, healthy living, foid music etc
Ideally, we're looking for someone relaxed, kind and friendly. A person used to house sharing, clean and responsible.

Unfortunately, no pets, smokers (sorry about that – agency rules)
Otherwise, it’s just basic stuff. We expect you to clean after yourself, do your dishes and contribute to some cleaning chores around the house.
