Cheap room in central Brighton

Hi all,

We are looking looking for a fourth housemate in our lovely central house!

End of terrace 4-bed house with garden off Edward Street, close to Saint James Street, and only a 5 minute walk from the Lanes and Pavilion.

The room is a good size with a west facing window, and plenty of room to fit a double bed, desk and other amenities.

Rest of house:
Open plan kitchen, lounge area leading out through double doors to patio garden. If the garden isn’t enough, we are just over the hill from Queen’s Park! In the other direction, we are a 5 minute walk from the beach. We have one bathroom on the ground floor with corner shower.

Current housemates:
Three professionals between 22-33. One of us is a photographer and designer, another works in hospitality and the last works in events and is finishing her degree. We're looking for an easygoing, polite housemate to share a home with. We enjoy a wide variety of things - whether you like the occasional pub trip, live music, movies or board games. We like to share the load with chores, and are generally socially minded (but are definitely not a party house!).

We are looking for a male tenant to take the room, in order to keep the gender balance in the house. We don't mind if you smoke, provided you only do so in the garden.
