Our accommodation is great for guests looking for short term accommodation and we have great monthly rates available. Guests will have kitchen and bathrooms access and will be expected to keep these ares clean and tidy. There are also lots of great communal spaces with great homely vibes. A lodgers agreement and house rules will be shared and signed prior to booking for longer stays.
The communal areas of the house are cleaned very regularly and the spaces are quiet and peaceful.
Rooms are for single occupancy only.
Rent for the shorter term plus deposit need to be paid in advance for longer stays rent can be paid monthly with advanced agreement.
