Other tenants include myself, a 27 year old professional female, my boyfriend who's a 30 year old professional male, and another 27 year old professional male. My boyfriend and I share one of the bedrooms, so we are looking for someone who does not mind living with a couple. We’re all easy going, chilled people, prone to Netflix, TV or a movie after work. We're not a party house, but happy to go down to the pub for a few drinks now and then.

The flat has an open plan kitchen with a tall spacious fridge, electric stove/oven and is furnished with our own furniture (living room TV, 2 sofas, 1 dining table, microwave, washing machine, rug, pictures etc.). The flat also comes with a communal garden.

The room itself is unfurnished (however the current tenant is happy to sell their furniture at a good price.) The vacant room also comes with it's own bathroom.
