We’re two friendly people looking for a third housemate to join our home. We’re sociable but also respect personal space, making this a relaxed and comfortable living environment.

I already have one lodger in my spare room. He's a friend I have known-for a few years.

This is a clean, chilled-out house. We are pretty quiet. It's not a party house, but we do get on very well and enjoy time in the kitchen and garden together.

• Laundry facilities – washing machine and a covered outdoor space for drying.
• WiFi & all bills included in the rent.
• Flexible lets – short or long-term considered. Lock on the door.
