En Suite Room in Kaplan Living, Central Brighton !

Hi,

I would like to assign my tenancy agreement with Kaplan Living Brighton to a new "student" (being a current or prospective full time student is a requirement by Kaplan). You can move in immediately. The agreement is valid until 02.07.2022.

Kaplan Living Brighton is located at the heart of Brighton. The room is contained within a shared flat on the 3rd floor. The flat consists 6 rooms and a shared kitchen which has a dining and sitting area. It has an easy going friendship environment and I have had a happy accommodation experience.

The room has its own bathroom equipped with toilet, basin and shower. Its size is approximately 13.5m². You’ll have a small double bed and a study area with desk and chair, plus plenty of storage space with shelving and wardrobe. The housing has silent or non-silent common study areas as well.

The tenancy agreement (GBP 199.00 per week) will be signed between the new tenant and the housing administration.
