Clean and cosy room available in a lovely basement flat close to Brighton city centre and London Road station, good for easy transport to both Brighton University (Moulescoomb) and Sussex University (Falmer), also language schools in the centre of town.

The room is furnished with a double bed, great storage, a desk and chair. The view is of the patio where birds and squirrels feed.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, so good cooks welcome. There is also a washing machine and fridge freezer etc.

Clean bathroom with shower over the bath, with good pressure. and good wifi.

Sharing with me, I'm a mature professional who works as a freelance filmmaker, sometimes from home also from an office. I spend a lot of time editing, sat in front of a computer screen. I would like to share with someone who is happy to share a bottle of wine but also cherishes their own space and privacy. We all need time to process our day.

I'm someone who enjoys the spiritual side of life, nature and the sea. I'm hoping to share with someone with the same values and enquiring mind, who also has a sense of humour.

The flat is small and there is no shared living room but there is a nice dining space in the kitchen to share a meal and catch up. The courtyard garden has a lovely vibe and is a great place to relax.

We are in a lower ground floor flat but there is absolutely no damp, we are warm and cosy, and fresh. There is some noise from our friendly neighbours above.

References are required and a signed contract with the landlord, and a holding deposit of £550. Bills are on top and come to about £100 per month plus council tax.
