Spacious room available in a 3-bedroom house in Woodingdean, just across from the Brighton Racecourse. The location offers stunning views, excellent transport links, and free on-street parking.

The house features a large kitchen, open living area, and a generous garden with plenty of outdoor space. Shared amenities include a pool table, washing machine, dryer, broadband, and all bills included.

The room comes partially furnished, with ample storage space and mirrored wardrobe doors.

I'm looking for a respectful, clean, and tidy individual (aged 25–60), either a student or working professional, for a short-term stay or potentiall long term stay

You'll be sharing with me — a creative freelancer (videographer and dance teacher) who mostly works from home — and occasionally my mum, who keeps to herself and enjoys her own space.

The house is roomy enough for privacy, and I’d love to live with someone like-minded and easygoing. Ideally, I'd like someone to move in before I travel for a couple of weeks in July.
