Great sized lovely room in friendly Hanover house

Hello! Our lovely housemate is moving back to the big smoke to pursue her dreams so we are looking for an amazing new person who wants to move in to our very happy chilled house and call it home
Our light, sunny and bright pink Hanover home is only a 15 mins walk from Brighton seafront a 5 min walk to the bustling North Laines and 10 min stroll to the train station. This area is renowned for its wonderful community spirit and we have friendly newsagents, pubs and little cafes all within a stone’s throw of the house.

The house itself is big, bright and beautiful and has plenty of room for us all. Huge living room with TV and record deck, big bathroom with both bath and shower, small extra toilet downstairs, massive kitchen with 3 fridges, washing machine and a lush patio garden. We are lucky to have a really nice landlord and great neighbours.

About us…We are two gals and one guy and are in our 30’s and 40’s. We are warm, kind and creative people and although we are busy with our work and creative projects we do love to hang out and chat, cook each other food and go running, sea swimming or occasionally bouldering together. We have such a lovely vibe in our home. It’s a pleasure to live here and we are looking for a warm, kind, grounded and professional person in their 30’s-40’s, who wants a long, term home and to be part of a really nice household.

It’s a really homely place to live and we look after the house well so it’s really important to us that our new housemate is tidy and clean but not obsessive about it. Someone who will naturally go the extra mile to help keep the house nice. It’s a big space and we all contribute to keeping it cosy and clean up after ourselves without having to be asked. We do love a party now and again but our home space is generally chilled, happy and fairly quiet.

So, in summary, we are looking for someone grounded, kind hearted and happy. A working professional in their 30’s to 40’s and someone who wants a long term home rather than short term lodgings. Clean and tidy also a must and please love dogs as we have a hilarious, gentle terrier who is a big part the household.

The room is available to move in to anytime in between 12Th Feb- 1st March and is unfurnished. ( There may perhaps be a double bed.. still to be confirmed) Its a great sized room, freshly painted and with a new carpet. It gets the morning light streaming in too! The room is £556 a month including all bills and the deposit is £500.
