This is an extremely spacious 1 bedroom flat in Seven Dials, just a 9 minute walk from Brighton train station so it works well if you need to commute to London for work.

It's fully-furnished in a mid-century style, with a comfortable lounge, breakfast bar, washing machine, dishwasher, full-sized fridge. You'll have fresh sheets and towels only rarely used for guests.

There is a work station with a monitor if you are working from home with high-speed WiFi included.

Very comfortable double bed, and plenty of room in the wardrobe.

It's a very quiet, safe flat within 5 minutes of the shops, cafes and restaurants of Seven Dials.

I'm looking for a short term sublet for 12 nights starting Jan 16-28, 2025. This would be perfect for someone just moving to Brighton and who needs a temporary place to stay in before they find permanent accommodation. Preference to vegetarians/vegans but this is not a dealbreaker, and someone who is willing to love and water my plants - this is essential.

The £500 price includes all bills except gas/electricity, but there is a smart meter so this will be easy to sort out.
