Hello!

We've got a bright cosy single bed in need of an owner asap located on Ewhurst Road. Walking distance from multiple bus routes; both of the enormous Sainsbury's and Aldi's; beautiful Brighton & Preston Cemetery plus lots more. We have 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and a garden which we are now beginning to fix up during summer.

All current housemates are working professionals who have recently moved in together, we're a friendly helpful bunch but do keep ourselves to ourselves for the most part as we all have busy work lives, although we try to arrange nights out in our locals when possible.

As advertised the room will be £400 plus bills per month so cheaper than the rest, WiFi included in rent, Council Band C.

As the lead tenant is leaving we're starting a new tenancy so we would require a holding fee asap by request of letting agency if you are interested which is £110.60 each, and will then require deposit plus first month's rent from all of us.
