The room is quiet and clean. Sorry no parties or overnight guests!
Shared kitchen and bathroom but living room is private. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, and TV (no terrestrial TV but you can access your Netflix account etc.).
You'd be sharing with one other person (me) and one hamster. I am looking for someone peaceful, considerate and who tidies up after themselves, especially in the communal areas.
The room will be cleaned every weekend. Fresh bedding and towels are provided.
