Beautiful double room with loft bed, v. central!

I'm going to India for 3 months so my beautiful room will be available in our gorgeous 2-bed, 2-floor central Brighton flat!

The flat is the top two floors of a building so feels more like a house. It's on the edge of Hanover, 1 min from the Level, 5 mins walk from the shops on London Road, 10 mins from North Laine, 12 mins to Brighton station. It gets lots of light and has a patio at the front that gets loads of sun.

The room has a double loft bed with desk and bookcases underneath, and lots of storage. I love it! Recommended for a short person (I'm 5' 2") or someone willing to stoop.

You'll be living with Ali, a female spoken word poet/performer/general creative soul.

This house is queer- and neurodivergent - friendly!

Bills come to about £100 per month.
The flat is in Council Tax Band A.
On-road parking is available with a permit - zone v, no waiting list. There are usually spaces right outside the house.

Your stay would involve a short-term change in tenant on the lease with the landlady in agreement, so no deposit is needed.
