I’ve been a live-in landlady here for almost 19 years, and work for the emergency services. Steph, who also lives here works locally. We have a very happy home and like to keep our home tidy/clean and most importantly - quiet! This is particularly important due to working shifts. We work really hard and appreciate our 'down time' at home and are looking for someone who will do the same 😊
The flat has a south-facing balcony, as well as a communal garden and communal roof terrace with incredible views across Brighton. There is also a purpose-built communal bicycle storage on the ground floor.
All bills (including Council Tax) are included in the monthly cost.
Please note there is NO PARKING available in this development - and we are not eligible for permits either. I park my car 30 minute walk away where it is free with no restrictions. Alternatively the council offers residents discounted parking at London Rd car park which is 2 mins walk from the flat for approx £1300 per year.
Ideally looking for a professional, non-smoker to join our lovely home - available to move in no later than 15th December.
Please note that due to my job, you will be subject to vetting checks - so please do not apply if you have a criminal record!
