Spacious double in beautiful, quiet family home

We are looking for a lodger for a spacious, furnished double bedroom with views over the south downs and sole use of your own shower room in our beautiful home. I share the house with two teenagers (every other week), two dogs and one cat. The kitchen, utility room, garden and garage are shared. There is free parking on the driveway if you have a car, or the house is in easy reach (5 mins walk) of a bus stop on Dyke Road for trips into town. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac so perfect for anyone wanting some peace! We are a largely vegan/vegetarian household so would prefer a non-carnivore. We also need someone who is comfortable with a nervous rescue dog.
