In the kitchen, there’s plenty of cupboard space, a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, and all the usual other kitchen bits. In the garden outhouse, there’s a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There’s 2x bathrooms, a communal lounge, dining room, and kitchen.

LOCATION:
The location is ideal and there is everything you’ll need just walking distance from this house. It’s about a 15 min walk from Brighton town centre, 5 min walk from London road, 25 min walk from the beach, 10 min walks from Preston Park, 5 min walk from multiple bus stops, and 2 min walk from London Road train station.

On London road, there’s everything you’ll need - a cinema, corner shops, Aldi/Sainsburys/Co-op, gyms, pubs, charity shops, cafes, restaurants, Superdrug, pharmacy.

HOUSEMATES (the best bit):
Summaya, Emily, Soph, and Luke are all working professionals from 24-28 years old. I’m so sad to be leaving because they are the loveliest people ever, so I’m looking for someone who will get on well with them and fit in well with the house dynamic.

The house is social but chilled (this is not a party house). People often hang out in the lounge or kitchen, eat together from time to time, and go out to the beach together or for a drink/food at the pub. There’s also times when everyone’s doing their own thing and so respect each others’ space.
