Hey everyone!
We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our sparkling penthouse flat, in the heart of Brighton. Rent is £590 per month and with all bills included, should come to £730-£740.
You would need to take over the tenancy from the 1st September, but the actual move-in date is flexible.
Flat is LGBTQIA+ friendly, all are welcome to get in touch!
This flat is perfect for a young professional who values a cozy, bright and open space. We’re minutes away from Brighton Station and close to all amenities, including the best cafés in town. We’re on the top floor (3rd) which is only accessible by stairs (which keeps us fit!) so this unfortunately wouldn’t be suited for someone with mobility restrictions.
Also, unfortunately there is no parking available on the property, and the parking permits on Station Street have a mimimum 6 month waiting list.
Inside the flat, the living room is open-concept, with a huge balcony overlooking Trafalgar street, and all the major sights. Our kitchen is lovely, spacious and fully equipped, and our bathroom follows the same vibe, with a walk-in overhead shower.
Your room is the middle bedroom of the flat. It's a nice sized space with a view that overlooks East Brighton and Station Street. The thick walls and door do a good job of keeping the noisy North Laine out, so don't be fazed by the central location. Room is semi-furnished, with a bed and built in desk.
You’d be sharing this space with two people; myself (Olly), a 29-y/o working professional. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, cricket, theatre and comedy. My flatmate (Xanthe) is a 27-y/o working professional that enjoys travelling the globe, trying new Brighton food and drink venues, down time with some trash TV, and ‘playing’ (her words, not mine!). We’re both very chill and easy to get along with, we swear!
Our ideal flatmate, aside from all the clichés, would be someone who’s kind, passionate and a good laugh. We’re both respectful, tidy and value a shared space that feels safe, communal and supportive. Above all, our flat is super cool and we’re hoping you will be too.
Apologies in advance if we don't get back to you. We've had a crazy amount of messages and it's hard to keep up!
We'll be reaching out to people from Monday 5th, we just wanted to get ahead of things by getting this ad out early :)
Olly and Xanthe x
