Double room near hospital, for single occupancy

Double room available for a working professional. Single occupancy.

3 months ish only; move in from 02/01/2025 to mid January until end of April 2025 at the latest. Shorter lets also considered.

£550pm.

10 mins walk from the Royal Sussex County Hospital, 5 mins walk from the bus stop, 15 mins by bus into town, within walking distance of Lidl, Asda, Co-op, and the South Downs.

The room is quiet and clean. It's not a party house :)

Shared big kitchen and bathroom but living room is private. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers (bottom drawer is broken sorry!), desk and chair, and TV (with use of Prime and Netflix, but no live TV).

You'd be sharing with one other person (me). As I'd describe myself of a bit of an introvert I am looking for someone peaceful, considerate, and who tidies up after themselves, especially in the communal areas.

Fresh bedding, and towels if you need them, is provided.

Rent includes all bills and fast WiFi.

Pets definitely considered.
