A safe, warm, happy home full of laughs and good company!

I am a 50 year old teacher and I live with my 10 year old boy and 18 year old daughter and 2 lovely cats!! I have availability for a short term or long term lodger immediately. I have 2 lodgers and 1 is moving out. Good for relocating, finding your footing or enjoying a summer in Brighton! Very suitable for students as we are close to both universities.

This is a happy, safe and vibrant household. We're out a lot at school, college, university, work or clubs. We often have a giggle and support each other.

I have a warm furnished single room to rent - all bills included. Due to the cost of living and current energy costs I have priced the room in accordance. There might be room for negotiation.

Area - Hollingdean near universities.
Garden, conservatory, all domestic appliances, off road parking, storage for bike. I love it here, you can actually hear the birds (not sirens and traffic) and the pavements are clean!!! We are a 20 minute walk from central areas or 10 mins on the bus/car. Close enough to enjoy central Brighton and all it has to offer and far enough for peace and headspace.

Good access to public transport (trains and buses). Local shops 5 minutes away. Easy access to A27 etc.

Close to Nature reserve if you like walking it's fantastic and breath-taking views over Brighton.

I am looking for someone who is quiet, tidy and understands that people are working and studying in this house, accepting of different cultures and personalities. No partying but we are partial to a natter over a glass of wine or few!

I work very hard, so someone with the same work ethics and daytime routines would suite this household. I like things clean and in order and am looking for someone house trained who chips in when necessary although I am very self sufficient. My kids are great fun. They are busy doing their own thing but friendly and get it.

Giving each other space yet being caring and supportive when required is very important. I am very caring but will not get on with you if you are selfish, positive energy please! Respecting each others requirements as and how they present themselves.
