Central Brighton by Station, small double room

Room available for a lodger, who would be willing to chip in to help look after a dog, short term in a cottage 2 minutes walk from Brighton Station. Very central but also very quiet and peaceful in the house. This isn't suitable for working from home . Mainly shared with a 25 year old male who works full time . This is a small room, but very comfortable.,

The living space is open plan so consideration is needed, the house is a small terrace with a back yard. Smoking is ok outside. Easy going and friendly working person required. The rent is reasonable as we would like someone to help with Elsa the dog during this period so please only get in contact if this is a possibility for you.

Parking is by permit only although you can park from 8pm to 9am .

Broadband, council tax, gas and electricity are included.

It could suit someone looking for a more permanent place. or staying in Brighton temporarily for work over the summer.
