Short term room available until 30 November. Terraced cottage 2 minutes walk from Brighton Station. Very central but also very quiet and peaceful in the house.

Sharing with a 39 year old female who works full time . This is a small room, but very comfortable.,

The living space is open plan so consideration is needed, the house is a small terrace with a back yard. Smoking is ok outside. Easy going and friendly working person required.
Parking is by permit only although you can park from 8pm to 9am .

Broadband, council tax, gas and electricity are included.

It could suit someone looking for a more permanent place. or staying in Brighton temporarily.
