Short-Term Double Bedroom Central Brighton

I am selling my flat, but the completion won't be til mid-more likely end of November, beginning of December.
Very central location: London Road train station (3 minutes), Central Station (13 minutes). Preston Park (4 minutes), good basic shops (2 minutes), London Road shops 5 minutes, etc.
Good size double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe.
There is patio.
I am writer-artist and work quite a lot from home, so it suits somebody that does their own thing. It is not a party house. I am open minded and respectful of other people spaces and needs and I expect the same.
The window looks into the street, and half of the time there is a car parked in the drive way, so no sea views I am afraid.
I am not a vegetarian but I hardly cook meat, I don't mind you smoking if you do it in the patio.
