Close to amenities, 20 min walk to the hospital, 25 min to train station and 30 mins to the beach. One other room in the property is also rented out ( they are moving out in October) so large family bathroom shared with this room Whole house has recently been repainted and kitchen and backyard renovated.
We are two young professional that live in. Please don’t let this deter you we are very relaxed and easy going. The house has a large kitchen and a sitting room and we have our own space so we are never on top of one another.
Looking for at least a 3 month stay with potential to extend.
