Double Room .:i:. House with Garden .:i:. Nr Park

We are four women aged 20-40, from Colombia, England, Myanmar and Switzerland. All of us are professionals and some of us are part-time students as well. We are a friendly household, enjoy some nice kitchen chats when cooking together and occasionally have coffee or dinner together in the living room.

Our interests / hobbies include cooking, sports, reading and being out in nature. We very much respect each other's space and privacy and there is no pressure to join in with any social activities.

Whilst we are not a party house we do enjoy inviting friends and having social times here and there. There is a cleaning rota in the house and we all clean after ourselves and take care of the house, so if you aren't shy about using a broom that is a big bonus.

It is a double furnished room in a modern house with a modern kitchen and living room. There is a large sized garden at the back of the house.

The house is opposite Blakers park which has free tennis courts. It’s off the main street in a little culdesac which keeps it quiet. It's 5 mins walk to London road train station and a 20 min walk to Brighton station or 10 bus ride into the center of town.

Looking for a friendly, tidy and responsible, easy going housemate. We’re all pretty chilled out, friendly and easy going.

Rent is £575 + bills £100. Total £675 / month. Deposit is £675.

It’s a minimum 12 month contract and the house and garden are no smoking and no pets.
