Fully Equipped: Includes a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, two large fridges, and fibre broadband.
About the Room:
Small but Charming: The room is compact but opens onto a large, airy patio.
Quiet: Despite being in the city center, the flat is very quiet at night.
Living Arrangements:
Work from Home: I work from home three days a week and use the living room as my office. If you also work from home, this might not be ideal due to my frequent meetings. Otherwise, the living room is mostly free.
Ideal Lodger:
Short-Term Stay: Looking for a lodger for 3-6 months, preferably students or professionals.
Rent and Bills:
All-Inclusive: Rent is £175 per week, with a security deposit of 5 weeks. Bills (wifi, gas, electric, water) are included.
Smoke-Free and Drug-Free: This is a smoke-free and drug-free home, and we keep it shoes-off inside.
Availability:
Move-In Date: Available from 1st February 2025.
B&B Option: Can also accommodate as a B&B for a minimum of 2 nights at £50 per night.
