Double room in beautiful house

Large double room with bathroom, shared living room, kitchen-dining room, utility room (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher) and garden. The room is on the top floor and is sunny and light. The house is peaceful, calm and tidy.

We are a professional couple working in the NHS and at a university. We partly work from home or commute to London. We also travel for work so when we are home we like to relax. We are looking for a like-minded person who will enjoy living here as much as we do and likes a clean, tidy and peaceful home.

The house is close to Preston Park, Brighton, and the A23 to Gatwick and London. We are next to Preston Park station so good for links to London, Gatwick or central Brighton. Buses to Brighton and the National Express Coach stop are just down the road. The area has residents parking and permits are available from the council. Rent includes all bills and internet.
