My first floor maisonette is located on a quiet road off Elm Grove near Queen's Park Junction, it has a cosy log burner for the winter and a sunny deck, in the south-west facing garden.
The flat is close to the General Hospital and a twenty minute walk from Brighton train station or the beach. The location is close to stops for 23, 22, 21 and 2 buses - giving easy access to the Universities and the County Hospital.
Rate: £850 per month - paid in advance. This includes primary use of the large adjacent bathroom (bath and shower) use of lounge, kitchen and garden. It is a no smoking household.
Parking is controlled on weekdays between 11.00-12.00 and 18.00-19.00. Free outside those hours and all weekend. Some visitor permits are available at £3.50 per day.
