I am looking for a lovely person to rent a room in my sunny two-storey apartment on Ryde Road. You'd be sharing with one female and a male/female couple. A mixture of ages, two employed, one studying, chilled vibes all round.
Located on a quiet road off Elm Grove near Queen's Park Junction, it has a cosy log burner for the winter and a sunny deck, in the south-west facing garden.

The flat is very close to Brighton General Hospital and a twenty minute walk from Brighton train station and the beach. We are right by bus stops for the 23, 22, 21 and 2 - giving easy access to the Universities and the Royal County Hospital.


Parking is controlled on weekdays between 11.00-12.00 and 18.00-19.00. Free outside those hours and all weekend. Some visitor permits are available at £3.50 per day.

Rate: £750 per month - paid in advance and £375 deposit. This includes primary use of the large adjacent bathroom (bath and shower) use of lounge, kitchen and garden. Wifi, bills and council tax are included. It is a no smoking household.

I work as an optometrist in Brighton and I'm often staying with my partner in Hove. I'm looking for a lodger who is considerate and responsible who likes a calm and relaxed environment.
