Double room with own bathroom all inclusive

We are looking for a lodger for our lovely double room on top floor of 4 bed family home in hollingdean near five ways in Brighton. You would have your own floor and bathroom to yourself. . We have a cat and a dog so you need to be ok with pets. We are busy people who work from home some of the time ( education and health/social care. ) Would suit an independent mature student / post grad- ideally female as we have 3 adult daughters who occasionally visit. Free on road parking. Good bus routes or 1/2 hour walk to centre of Brighton . £700 inclusive of internet and all bills . Please tell us a little about yourself if interested .
