V big double bedroom in Hanover

We have a lovely very large double bedroom to rent.

We live in a very popular area in Hanover next to a bus stop which goes to the universities one way and to the city centre and the Marina the other. There are lots of great pubs and cafes nearby. It is a 15-20 walk to the beach and city centre and train station.

We are looking for a professional or graduate student for the room. We have had two lodgers in the past and it worked really well. The room has desk space and plenty of room for working, and lots of wardrobe space.

There is a large family sized bathroom on the same floor and big living and dining space and kitchen which you would be welcome to use.

You would be sharing the house with myself and my wife and our two young daughters and cat. We try our absolute best to keep the house tidy and have a weekly cleaner. However you would need to be happy living in a family home that can be chaotic! You would have a lock on your door. Our previously lodgers really liked living with a young family but it's not for everybody!

There is one more point which is that, on a rare occasion, we may need the room over a weekend for family to stay. We would give you plenty of notice for this and it would only be 2-3 times a year. You would be able to keep your belongings in the room.
