The flat is super central, close to the Old Steine, 15 minutes from Brighton station, 10 minute walk into town and the beach. Parking zone C.

Both rooms are unfurnished but 1 flatmate is looking to sell her wardrobe and other bits. There will be a contribution towards the furniture which covers the kitchen, living room and bathroom, message for more details.

The rent includes all bills and any usual household shopping for kitchen & bathroom can be split equally.
