Looking for new flatmates in cozy central house!

Hello! We're Gaia (24F) and Dylan (25M) both working professionals, looking to find 4 new housemates to fill our 6 beds cosy maisonette located in central Brighton on Lewes road.
There are 4 rooms available, 2 of which are ensuite, and the tenancy will start mid August.

There is a shared spacious living room with an open-space kitchen and lots of natural light, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridges, air fryer etc..

The house is right next to the Level, surrounded by coffee shops and takeaways, and 5 minute walking distance of Aldi and Sainsbury's. There is also a bus stop right in front of the house.

We have been living here for 2 years and feel you can't really beat it for location and price.

We would expect people to be considerate of others and their working schedules and would like to make sure that this is not a party house.

Bills have been pretty good, we’re paying around £35 a month each for gas and electricity, and water is on a prepaid meter at £30 for every 6 months.
