Spare room in Hanover

I am a young professional living in Brighton and I’m looking for a housemate for at least the next six months, ideally a year or more. The room is available from the beginning of April and is semi-furnished.

The house has a great garden, perfect for relaxing in the summer, and a large kitchen with plenty of space to cook up a storm. The house is located in a great area, close to plenty of shops, cafes and bars. It's also within walking distance of the local train station and bus stops. This semi-furnished spare room is ideal for anyone who's looking for their own space, but also wants to be part of a friendly home.

A bit about me, I am friendly and social whilst also enjoying my own company. I’d like to find a healthy balance of being friends and occasionally sharing meals whilst still respecting each others space.
