I am looking for a new housemate in a very bright, south facing flat in the beautiful Montpelier area of Brighton. The flat is three minutes from the sea and close to centre of town and the station. It even has has a little south-facing balcony too. It is a great deal for where and what it is, and the building and views are beautiful. I have lived here for 6 years, as I love it so much.
The room is a spacious double, which comes with a double bed frame (and a chest of drawers and desk if you need). The flat is filled with plants, and is in a quiet, but very central part of Brighton. The building is quiet but friendly, and is very well looked after.
You can apply for a parking permit too if you need. We are in council tax band C, which is £91 per person per month.
