Current has a female PhD student tenant, prefer another female tenant to take the room.
Large bedroom to let, single bed but size of room is quite large. Close to most shops, near London road, the Level park, etc. Very convenient location but also quiet living environment.
Two people to share two large single rooms. Bills are not included. Bills shared by two person equally.
All furniture included, walking distance to most places.
First floor, big window, sufficient natural light.
Rooms are big, but no separate Living room. Kitchen can sit-in for meals.
Preferred quiet tenants, Not a party house.
