This listing is for a lovely double room in a recently renovated house on Hanover Terrace, The street is close to the bottom of the hill in the Hanover district of Brighton. It is close to the level and the open market and other shops on London Road
The house owners are me (Ali) and my partner Paul, but we are rarely there as we own and manage a small hotel in Brighton. It's a 24/7 job and so we also have accommodation there so we are mostly away working.
Sharing the house with us is Zeenat, who is in her 30's and works in healthcare at the RSCH.
So we have one room available and we are looking for a single person for this room please, NOT a couple as we don't want an overcrowded house
Paul and I are in our 50's and so for this room we are looking for a professional person who is at least 25 years old....but to be honest, older is better.
The available room is large (4.2m x 3.6m) and very light. In addition there is a shared room (3.6m x3.2m) which is an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. There's an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is a shared bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. There is also is a lovely roof terrace.
All bills are included. Gas, electric, water, council tax and internet (132Gb). The house has central heating.
So this house is ideal for someone who likes a quiet calm environment. It's certainly not suitable for someone looking for a lively social house share.
It is a strictly NO SMOKING house. Also, no pets please..
