Spacious double room right next to a big bathroom with free standing bath and walk in shower, basically an en suite. You get your own entrance via the front door (I use the basement entrance). Cute garden.
Ideally looking for someone with a regular 9-5, I am a hybrid worker from home (I go to the office once or twice a week).
MUST LOVE ANIMALS - I have a super sweet, friendly and rather switched on cat; and a silly but very loveable whippet pup. Currently furry housemates but need to balance it out with a human!
Rent will be £675/month with all bills included. I have a fortnightly cleaner to ensure the house is always nice and tidy. Viewings asap as looking to get someone in 12th May onwards.
