Unfurnished single room for short term let

Hi all!

I have a single room available in my flat in the Hanover area of Brighton available. The property includes a large living/dining room, shared bathroom with bathtub/shower, and kitchen access. The flat is on the top floor and there is no lift (5 flights of stairs). The bedroom itself has built in wardrobe storage.

I am a full time working professional and I work two jobs so I am not often in the property. Sometimes I will be away for 1-2 nights at a time. I also have a small indoor cat who will be living at the property - she is not trained to be outside so if you move in you will need to take some care not to leave windows or the front door open in case she could get out. I have a partner who stays the night 2-3 times a week.

I have a cleaner who attends for a 2.5 hour weekly clean and this is included in the rent. Other than that high levels of cleanliness is essential. Guests are fine but any missing or damaged items must be rectified by yourself and please keep quiet at night as I work overnight shifts and early starts so I often go to sleep around 8pm.

Short term lets preferred but open to longer term depending on circumstances. Move in date can be adjusted. Please note this property has no gas and all heating and hot water is electric.

For lodgers wanting to stay for less than a month the weekly rent including bills would be £200.
