Welcome to our lovely little three bed corner house near Fiveways on Preston Drove. We have a room available in early May. It's nicely located halfway bewteen Preston Park and Fiveways, with Blakers Park very close by as well. It's a 15 minute walk from Preston Park station and 30mins walk to town.

We're looking for one person, you'll be living with Alex and Woody, in our late 20s/early30s, who are working, friendly and easy going.

Alex says: I'm 34 and work in a school at their in-house after school club. I'm also an architecture graduate. I'm very into music, design and reading. Also I'm a keen cook, especially homemade pizza and Mexican style food. I'm happy to share as well.

Woody says: Hey I’m Woody. I’m 29 and work in media. I’m in the office 2 days and WFH 3 days each week. Outside of work I love music and get to gigs a couple of times a month. I also spend some time exercising or doing outdoorsy sports like bouldering and surfing etc.

We generally keep to ourselves but are always chatty and friendly when in the kitchen or cooking. The house is kept clean and tidy and we expect the same from a new housemate.

The large double room in on the ground floor with a huge bay window, furnished with a double bed with mattress, large shelving, desk and chair.

There's a well equipped kitchen with lots of storage, a fridge/freezer and washing machine. With the kitchen is lounge/diner, a lovely bathroom with bath and shower, a seperate shower room as well as an outside separate toilet.

There are a few bits of garden that wrap around the house, the main area is courtyard style with a good amount of space and not overlooked. Lots of greenery here too.

£765 including all bills, £765 deposit.
* we normally run on a fair use policy, if the heating is on 24h/day during winter we'd have to up the bills accordingly for example. We didn't up the required amount when the energy crisis hit, but when Ofgem change the energy cap in Autumn we will need to adjust this to match what it actually costs.
Council tax (band D) is shared amongst housemates equally, so £61pp pm. This is included in the rent.
